Council action and project status. The official road list assigns Laskey–Alexis to District 5. WTVG’s February 20, 2026 report described restrictions starting February 24 and an expected August finish. Those dates describe the published plan, not a verified active closure today.

Council action and project status. November 19, 2025: The Blade reported that the Central–Kenwood reconstruction planned for 2026 had been paused for a broader Central–Dorr safety study. Construction years discussed then were tentative; this is not the Laskey–Alexis utility project.
